10:30 San Giovanni in Fiore,  Gioachimiti  Study centre, Demological Museum and Abbey.
13:30 Lunch at "La Torre di Garga” (17€)
15:30 visit to the  Spadafora goldsmith’s art
16:30 visit to the Iaquinta coffee roasting
18:00 Back to Cosenza

15.00 Scilla.
16.30 back to Cosenza; short stop on the way back at Sant’Elia.
